Prior Notice Management (PNM™) is Expeditors' internet based tool created to assist importers in the management of imports into the US that are subject to FDA Prior Notice requirements under the 2002 Bioterrorism Act. PNM™ provides importers with a way of providing timely advance notification to Expeditors of shipments that will require a filing of Prior Notice with FDA. PNM™ confirms that Expeditors has been notified about the shipment and also confirms when Prior Notice with FDA has been satisfied.
