Tradeflow Centres

Tradeflow consists of five primary centres that are integrated, easy-to-use and modular in design.

Product Management Centre

The Product Management Centre is a web-based repository for you to store cross-border attributes of the products that you import and export. With HS lookups for up to 100 countries, you can validate and manage classifications in a more organized manner.

Trade Partner Centre

The Trade Partner Centre sets up access for your supply chain partners. It is also a repository to store information to be screened against restricted parties lists maintained by various governments and organizations in order to fulfill the obligation to screen the companies with whom you do business overseas.

Trade Reference Centre

The Trade Reference Centre provides you with access to current regulatory data, tariff classifications, and other pertinent trade data. It comprises tools for determining classification, estimating landed cost and regulatory controls for countries and territories covering over 90% of all international trade. Buyers can compare product-sourcing options by varying manufacturing country, terms of sale or transport mode to minimize cost and maximize profitability, while sellers can compare sales viability options to determine profitability in target markets.

Shipment Management Centre

The Shipment Management Centre allows you and your service providers to communicate shipment information electronically. The system saves time and effort by using templates to capture repetitive shipment information, generate and distribute documents to the trade partners that need them. The Shipment Management Centre is integrated with the Trade Partner Centre and the Product Management Centre, which drives consistency and accuracy in documentation.

Visibility Centre

The Visibility Centre is a repository for all logistics data, along with the tools for tracking, reporting and analyzing that data. Carriers, freight forwarders and customs brokers can be connected to the Visibility Centre via standard EDI messaging to provide shipment and entry information as well as corresponding status milestones. The result is a single, unified view into logistics activities.
