Logistics Management surveys its readers once a year having them rate providers of transportation and logistics services. The top rated companies are then given a "Quest for Quality" award. It is with great pleasure that we announce for the fourth consecutive year Expeditors has been awarded a "Quest for Quality Award" in both Third-Party Logistics and Freight Forwarding. These awards are yet another symbol of our dedication to setting the standard for excellence in global logistics, year after year.

Expeditors No. 32 on Business Week's Top 50 Best Performing Companies
Business Week's Top 50 Best Performing Companies list was released in April, ranking companies on two vital financial measures: average return on capital and growth, both taken over the previous 36 months. We are proud to announce that Expeditors made it on the list at no. 32. The CEO's message at the May shareholders meeting attributes the financial success of this organization to our employees. We are an organization that grows organically, one that has a strong network infrastructure with a global presence, and one that is not for sale.

Expeditors Receives Two Quest for Quality Awards
Annually, Logistics Management readers evaluate companies in all modes, choosing the top performers in various categories. It is an honor and a great accomplishment to announce that Expeditors received the prestigious award in this year’s 2007 Quest for Quality Awards. Expeditors earned the #1 spot in two categories: freight forwarding and third party logistics.

Fortune ranked Expeditors in the top 500 for the first time
In this year's annual ranking of America's largest public corporations, Fortune 500 ranked Expeditors in the top 500 for the first time. The ranking is compiled and published by Fortune magazine on the basis of 2006 gross revenue.
Peter Rose on the cover of Seattle Business Monthly
Peter Rose was featured on the cover of the January 2006 issue of the Seattle Business Monthly. The articles discusses how Mr. Rose began in the cargo business and eventually started Expeditors. It reviews the philosophy of hiring employees and training leaders at the company. The article is only available in hard copy print from Seattle Business Monthly.
Fortune Names Expeditors as the Most Admired Transportation and Logistics Company
In its annual list of America's Most Admired Companies, Fortune Magazine put Expeditors at the top of the Transportation and Logistics category. The ranking is derived from a survey of eight key attributes. Expeditors ranked #1 in its industry in four of the categories, including quality of products/services, employee talent, social responsibility,and financial soundness.
Peter Rose on the cover of American Shipper Journal
Peter Rose, CEO of Expeditors, is on the cover of the November 2005 issue of American Shipper Journal. This issue highlights the growth of Expeditors and focuses on recent market trends and how Expeditors is working within this environment. Inbound Logistics recognized Expeditors based on its success in implementing core transportation services for its customers, as well as value-added warehousing, technology and other logistics services.
Global Logistics and Supply Chain Strategies Puts Expeditors in top 25 Logistics Providers
Expeditors was listed in the top 25 in this publication again in 2005. As written in the report, "the large 3PLs are prosperous enough to invest in high-quality systems, processes and logistics networks that have allowed the world's largest companies to implement efficient supply chains that stretch from Asia to North America and Europe." - Forbes, a leading business publication, in 2005 named Expeditors as the best managed transportation company in America, as part of their annual focus on the Best Big Companies in America. The magazine has noted the company for running "the tightest ship" among the leading transportation logistics competitors, while showing a dedication to a business philosophy of rewarding employees for good performance. Expeditors is also one of the few to have been on the list of Best Big Companies since its inception in 1999, making it part of the Forbes Honor Role.

- The Puget Sound Business Journal, a Seattle-based weekly business publication, has named Peter Rose, CEO of Expeditors as the Executive of the Year for 2004. In receiving the award, Rose attributed the company's success to their unique culture with an emphasis on ethics and professionalism. Also noted was the continued growth of the global brand of Expeditors, especially in the Far East.
