We think it's important that exp.o meets the needs of all our customers. For that reason, exp.o® continues to evolve as a versatile tracking and reporting tool, allowing you to capture your desired information quickly and easily. Take a look below at some of exp.o®'s latest features:

Customized report results...

Many exp.o® report results can be fully customized with the following options:

  • - Add additional columns to display more details (when available).
  • - Remove columns as necessary (only non-required columns).
  • - Change the order in which the columns appear on the report.
  • - Rename individual column header labels that appear on the report.
  • - Adjust an individual column's alignment to left, center, or right aligned.

E-mail report results...

exp.o® allows you to run a report and then e-mail the results to specified individuals, allowing them to view detailed shipment information at their convenience. The exp.o®-generated e-mails contain attached CSV files that the recipient can use to view and sort data related to a specific report.

Schedule reports to run any day, any time...

If you find yourself running the same report periodically, make exp.o® work for you and schedule that report to run daily, weekly, or monthly, and at any time of day. With exp.o®'s scheduling option, you can schedule any previously saved report to run at your convenience. You can even set up the schedule to e-mail you the results when the report has completed running.

Save your searches and reports for follow-up later...

exp.o® allows you to save specific searches and reports to your My Templates Folder. By doing so, you can access the results of a report at any time without having to retype the reference number or re-input data in various fields. Saved searches and reports can save you time on urgent shipments. When you log out, your saved searches and reports remain associated with your user ID so they're available the next time you log in.

View document images related to your search...

exp.o® displays images in edoc - Expeditors' document imaging system. A standard set of documents is currently available, which includes the following:

  • - Housebills
  • - Commercial Invoices
  • - Customs forms
  • - Packing Lists
  • - Proof of Delivery documents
