Expeditors Frontier Release Management™
Overview
Frontier Release Management™ is an Internet application created by Expeditors to allow importers to take advantage of simplified entry procedures set up under European Union (EU) law.
When multiple agents and ports of entry are involved in importing goods, declarations to Customs can become confusing. FRM™ allows the importer to separate the physical transport of the goods from the statistical and financial part of the entry declaration process. The end result is a more simplified and streamlined approach to importing goods into the EU.
