TRACE™ is an easy to use, web-based application, which gives real time, global access to insurance certificate creation, claims filing, claim status viewing, and insurance document maintenance. It also contains flexible reporting capabilities that allow a customer to analyze historical risk information.
Loss runs that detail claims from a logistics perspective are available any time to our users. The easy to use format allows the user to perform loss analysis by a variety of criteria including carrier, lane, origin, destination, and product.
Value information based on certificates allows a risk manager to set insurance limits and coverage commensurate with their shipping exposures. TRACE™ combines cargo insurance expertise with industry leading international logistics in one global site.
